When using integrated nails and a nail gun, strictly follow the steps and precautions below to ensure safe and efficient operation
Scope of Application
This product is suitable for concrete walls, ceilings, and floors with a national standard rating of C20-C40. It is not recommended for use on concrete containing pebbles or large stones, as this may result in excessive wear or inability to penetrate. Do not use on prefabricated panels, aerated blocks, bricks, tiles, marble, or stone surfaces.
Precautions
1. The user must wear protective gear: gloves, goggles, a helmet, and ear protection.
2. When shooting into a soft or thin material, ensure no one is on the other side. Avoid people around the shooting area to prevent injury from flying nails or debris.
3.Tensile Test:Before starting work, test the nail by driving it into the base material. Ensure the nail matches the hardness of the material and can bear the weight of 2-3 adults. If any irregularities are found during use, stop immediately.
4. Never point the muzzle at yourself or others under any circumstances.
5. Dumb Bullet,In the event of a misfire, wait for 15 seconds before using tools to extract it. Direct extraction by hand is strictly prohibited.
6. Never use other tools to hammer the integrated nail directly.
7. Do not use open flames or other high-temperature sources to heat or burn the integrated nails.
8. Non-professionals and minors are not permitted to use this product.
9. Never use the integrated nail in flammable or explosive environments.
10. Do not press the nail tube with your hand if there are nails inside the nail gun.
11. Do not use both hands to load nails while pressing the tube.
12. When loading nails with one hand, always hold the sliding sleeve.
13. After stopping use or during maintenance, ensure no nails are left inside the nail gun.
14. Always use the original dust cover during operations to prevent material splashes.
15. When using the nail gun, press it firmly against the base material and keep it as perpendicular as possible.
16. Remember to eject any remaining nails after each use.
17. Do not compress the nail tube with your palm during use.
18. After every 100 shots, remove the silencer and clean the residue.
19. After every 200 shots, disassemble the nail gun for cleaning, using kerosene for maintenance to extend its service life.
Maintenance During Use
If the nail gun’s sliding sleeve becomes inflexible or has difficulty ejecting cartridges, check for damaged parts. Replace damaged parts immediately and do not reinstall them to avoid safety accidents or further damage to other parts. If the gun body becomes too hot to handle, pause use, allow it to cool, and then resume.
Common Faults and Troubleshooting
- Dumb Bullet:The firing pin may be damaged (replace the firing pin), or the firing pin and sleeve may be stuck (clean any carbon or plastic residue).
- Failure to Fire:The firing spring may be defective, or the brake pin may be stuck (disassemble and clean).
- Insufficient Power:The wrong type of cartridge may be used (replace the cartridge).
- Excessive Noise:Remove the protective cover and clean any residue blocking the silencer holes.
- Difficulty Ejecting:Press the sliding sleeve several times, as the plastic casing may be deformed and blocking the silencer holes.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure safe and efficient use of the nail gun and extend its operational lifespan.
