Steel ball set bolts

The steel ball set bolt is a special bolt, which is characterized by having a steel ball locking mechanism. This type of bolt usually consists of a bolt head, a screw, and a steel ball, where the bolt head has a special shape that can be used with a nut.

The working principle of the steel ball set bolt is that when the nut matches the special shape of the bolt head, the bolt head will push the steel ball along the screw until the steel ball reaches between the bolt head and the nut. At this point, the ball gets stuck between the bolt head and the nut, preventing the bolt from loosening.

Ball set bolts are suitable for a wide range of situations where high tightening forces and loosening are required, e.g. in machinery, vehicles, construction, etc. It has the advantage of having a high tightening force and the effect of preventing loosening, and at the same time has a small volume and weight, which can save space and reduce weight.
